1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Aethla Care services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Aethla Care provides home healthcare services in Qatar including elderly care, disability support, maternity care, newborn care, telehealth coordination, and wellness services.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, and use our services only for lawful purposes.

4. Care Services Agreement

All care services are subject to a separate care agreement which will be provided upon enrollment. Services are subject to availability and caregiver matching.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in your individual care agreement. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Aethla Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Qatar. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Qatar.
